Sleaford Playhouse Theatre

Home to Sleaford Little Theatre Amateur Dramatic Society

Built in 1825 this Georgian Playhouse Theatre had some success until it closed in 1856 and was converted into a school. The following years saw the building used for a series of other uses but was restored and reopened in 2000 and once again produces top-class performances for Sleaford and the local area.

As one of only two Georgian theatres with a small, rectangular auditorium in Britain, you’re invited to explore its history and see the events on offer.
