Mayfield Vineyard, in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, is owned by 4^th generation farmer Fraser Key. His passion for wine and the environment led him to plant a vineyard in 2012. His first successful harvest was in 2018 and since then the wines have gone from strength to strength and increased in popularity. The wines are known as The Owl Collection. Thanks to his conservation work and the natural approach Fraser takes to growing the vines, the farm enjoys visits from a variety of native species of owls. The flagship Barn Owl Fizz is extremely popular along with the Short-eared Owl and Little Owl whites, Tawny Owl red and the more recent additions of Long-Eared Owl and Hoot rosés.

The wine tasting experience takes you through the different wines, pairing them with nibbles to enhance and inform about flavour combinations. You are taken on a journey of discovery, not only about the wine and its production methods, but also about the environment and sustainability.
