Young Sculptor Award

Doddington Hall

26 July at 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

This summer, Doddington’s historic Kitchen Garden plays host to the very first Doddington Young Sculptor Award; an exhibition comprised of a variety of sculptors under the age of 30 from all across the UK.

Doddington called out to young sculptors across the UK to submit work for consideration to be shown in the Kitchen Garden alongside our Sculpture at Doddington exhibition. The show provides an excellent opportunity to view work by talented, young, and up-and-coming artists alongside some of the finest contemporary sculptors selected from across the country and further afield. A wide variety of sculpture is on display, from a living installation to concrete sculptures, to a piece made entirely from recycled materials.

The Kitchen Garden, just a stone’s throw from the Elizabethan Hall, steeped in over 400 years of history, produces food, in a nature-friendly and sustainable way, to be used in the kitchens across the estate as well as being for sale at the Farm Shop.
