The Lincolnshire Naturalists’ Union and Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust (Lincoln Area Group) in partnership are running workshops on a variety of subjects at Whisby Nature Park again this year, aimed at those interested in expanding their knowledge of particular groups.

This month will focus on pond dipping for adults, led by Sam Reast. Refreshments included. The workshop is free of charge but booking is essential – please contact Richard Davidson.

The aim is not to turn people into experts in an afternoon, but to cascade knowledge and enthusiasm for particular subjects so that participants can go away better equipped to follow them up on their own.
