Come and see Heckington Windmill in action with Maud, the Tuxford steam engine in steam. There’s also the Ruston Hornsby oil engine working, which drives the mill stones on the ground floor of the windmill, milling the flour.

Heckington’s Milling Days are usually held on the second Saturday of every month, but don’t forget to check the website before you travel as the date may sometimes change to fit in with special events.
