InSpire 23 is a motorcycling charity event run by motorcyclists for motorcyclists, in partnership with the International Bomber Command Centre.  The date of this event will mark 80 years since the famous Dambusters Raid which saw 53 young men pay the ultimate sacrifice, so the day has special poignancy. Inspire’s ethos is to commemorate the huge losses in Bomber Command during WWII by converging on the IBCC for a celebration of community. Last year’s event, in a similar vein, saw over 500 motorcycles taking part with ride ins from around the country.

This year’s event takes place on Sunday 14th May, from 10.00am – 4.00pm.  In addition, there is a Northern and Southern ride in and once there you’ll be able to take part in the Service of Commemoration, take free guided tours of the site and its history, meet fellow bikers and supporters, see the flypast and soak up the atmosphere.
