Welcome.

This attractive, historic (Grade II Listed) stables has recently been lovingly restored to create 2 quality self-catering units. The 2 storey brick building was built at the end of the 18th Century and is full of character. It has been uniquely restored using natural eco-friendly materials in a historically-sympathetic way.

Martin is ideally situated in the heart of Lincolnshire with easy access to the Wolds, Horncastle, Boston, the Fens, Sleaford, Louth and the historic city of Lincoln.

Both of our excellent local pubs serve great food. There are also a number of golf courses within a few minutes drive and a network of walk and cycle routes nearby to enable you to take advantage of the gently rolling countryside.

The Hayloft is on the newly restored first floor and is open plan with exposed beams and lime-washed walls. The main bathroom is a haven of peace and tranquility. Here you can soak in the deep copper bateau spa-bath whilst watching your favourite TV programme, relax in the sauna or freshen up in the steam shower!

The Bothy is all at ground floor level and is heated throughout with underfloor heating and is lovely and warm, even on cold winter nights. The main bedroom with its double cast iron Sleigh bed looks peacefully out over the garden. The bathroom has a wet-room shower area and a large wooden bath - a treat for both adults and children to enjoy. We have taken special care to make this accommodation as wheelchair-friendly as possible. The floor is level throughout and doors are all extra wide. The kitchen has also been designed with wheelchair users in mind and there are grab bars in the toilet and shower area.
