The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer washing machine, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. The lounge includes a cosy leather sofa and wood burning stove with views over fields and woodland.
Upstairs, the bedroom and en-suite bathroom are open to the ridge revealing ancient roof timbers. The spacious bathroom contains a large copper bath and basin, shower, heated towel rail and views into the Lincolnshire sky. There is dedicated adjacent parking, free view television, downstairs and up (including i-pod connection) and free secure Wi-Fi.
Centrally placed to offer access to the Wolds aonb, coastal attractions, wildlife reserves and sandy beaches. Historic Lincoln, small market towns and local farm shops offer unique shopping opportunities. Other local attractions include Tattershall Castle, Belton House and Batemans Brewery. Splendid walks abound along forgotten lanes, through lost medieval villages and past templar towers. A range of top class restaurants and pubs can be found in the area.
