Paul Vidic has been a successful chef in Lincolnshire for more than 25 years and has headed up kitchens in some of the UK's most notable culinary establishments. He trained and worked in restaurants such as the Berkeley Hotel in London's Knightsbridge and with chefs such as Raymond Blanc, and later headed up the kitchen at The Brownlow Arms, Hough on the Hill. The Bell opened in 2011, and offers the best cuts of steak, fresh fish, hand-cut chips and a selection of seasonal vegetables and salads in a stunning and unique setting.
